Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the NurseHub Lebanon website and the LB-NurseHub app ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.
1. What NurseHub is
NurseHub is a directory that helps patients find and contact independent home-care nurses in Lebanon. NurseHub is not a healthcare provider, employer, or staffing agency, does not provide medical advice or services, and is not a party to any arrangement between a patient and a nurse.
2. Eligibility
Nurses must be at least 18 years old and must hold the qualifications they represent. You agree to provide accurate, current information.
3. Nurse subscriptions & payment
- Listing as a visible nurse requires an active paid subscription, purchased via Whish Money using the published bundles.
- You submit your Whish transaction ID; an administrator verifies it before activating your subscription. Each payment covers exactly its stated number of days.
- Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change with notice.
4. Nurse responsibilities
- Keep your profile, qualifications, and availability accurate.
- Provide care lawfully, professionally, and only within your competence and any required licensing.
- You are solely responsible for the services you provide to patients.
5. Reviews & content
Reviews must be genuine. We may moderate, hide, or remove content that is false, abusive, or violates these terms, and may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the Service.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not scrape or bulk-collect data, impersonate others, submit false payment information, or interfere with the Service's security or operation.
7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". NurseHub does not verify the ongoing competence of nurses beyond basic document checks, and does not guarantee any outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NurseHub is not liable for the conduct of nurses or patients or for any care provided.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time via the deletion page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.

تحكم هذه الشروط استخدامك لموقع «نيرس هَب لبنان» وتطبيق LB-NurseHub («الخدمة»). باستخدامك للخدمة فإنك توافق عليها.
1. ما هي نيرس هَب
نيرس هَب هي دليل يساعد المرضى على إيجاد ممرّضي الرعاية المنزلية المستقلّين في لبنان والتواصل معهم. ليست نيرس هَب مزوّد رعاية صحية ولا صاحب عمل ولا وكالة توظيف، ولا تقدّم نصائح أو خدمات طبية، وليست طرفًا في أي اتفاق بين مريض وممرّض.
2. الأهلية
يجب ألا يقلّ عمر الممرّض عن 18 عامًا وأن يمتلك المؤهّلات التي يذكرها. وتوافق على تقديم معلومات دقيقة ومحدّثة.
3. اشتراكات الممرّضين والدفع
- يتطلّب الظهور كممرّض اشتراكًا فعّالًا مدفوعًا عبر Whish Money وفق الباقات المنشورة.
- تُدخل رقم عملية Whish ويتحقّق منه المشرف قبل تفعيل اشتراكك. ويغطّي كل دفع عدد أيامه المذكور بالضبط.
- المدفوعات غير قابلة للاسترداد إلا حيث يقتضي القانون. وقد تتغيّر الأسعار مع إشعار.
4. مسؤوليات الممرّض
- حافظ على دقّة ملفك ومؤهّلاتك وأوقات توفّرك.
- قدّم الرعاية بشكل قانوني ومهني وضمن كفاءتك والتراخيص المطلوبة.
- أنت وحدك المسؤول عن الخدمات التي تقدّمها للمرضى.
5. التقييمات والمحتوى
يجب أن تكون التقييمات حقيقية. ويحقّ لنا تعديل أو إخفاء أو إزالة المحتوى المخالف، وتعليق أو إزالة الحسابات التي تُسيء استخدام الخدمة.
6. السلوك المحظور
لا يجوز جمع البيانات بالجملة، أو انتحال هوية الغير، أو تقديم معلومات دفع كاذبة، أو الإخلال بأمن الخدمة أو تشغيلها.
7. إخلاء المسؤولية وحدودها
تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي». لا تضمن نيرس هَب كفاءة الممرّضين المستمرّة بما يتجاوز التحقّق الأساسي من الوثائق، ولا تتحمّل — إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون — مسؤولية سلوك الممرّضين أو المرضى أو أي رعاية مُقدَّمة.
8. الإنهاء
يمكنك التوقّف عن الاستخدام وحذف حسابك في أي وقت عبر صفحة الحذف. ويحقّ لنا تعليق أو إنهاء الحسابات المخالفة.
9. القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين لبنان.
