NurseHub Lebanon ("NurseHub", "we", "us") operates the website lbnursehub.com and the LB-NurseHub mobile app, a directory that connects patients with home-care nurses in Lebanon. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your choices — including how to delete your account.

1. Information we collect

• Account & profile (nurses): full name, phone number, email (optional), password (stored only as a salted hash), gender, date of birth/age, city, area, years of experience, description, specializations, weekly availability, service areas, and a profile photo.
• Verification documents (nurses): ID and professional certificate images you upload. These are private — used only to verify you and never shown publicly.
• Subscription & payment: the Whish Money transaction ID and amount you submit. Payments are made through Whish; we do not receive or store your card or bank details.
• Usage & technical: profile-view counts, contact-reveal events (including IP address and browser/user-agent), failed-login records, and IP address — used for security, anti-abuse, and basic analytics.
• Patients: browsing and contacting nurses does not require an account. We log non-identifying contact-reveal events as described above.

2. How we use your information

• To operate the directory and display nurse profiles to patients.
• To verify nurse identity and qualifications.
• To process and track subscription payments.
• To secure the service, prevent abuse and scraping, and provide support.

3. What is visible to others

For an active, approved, subscribed nurse, the following is public: name, photo, gender, city/area, years of experience, description, specializations, availability, and ratings/reviews. A nurse's phone number is masked in listings and only revealed when a patient explicitly taps to contact. Verification documents are never made public.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only: (a) as needed to display nurse profiles to patients as described above; (b) with our hosting/infrastructure provider to run the service; and (c) where required by law. Payment is handled by Whish Money under its own terms.

5. Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time:

• In the app/website: log in, then open your profile and choose "Delete account" — this is immediate and permanent.
• Without logging in: submit a request at lbnursehub.com/delete-account.html.

On deletion we permanently remove your account, profile, documents, availability, subscriptions, payment records, and reviews. Verified requests are completed within 30 days. Limited records may be retained only where required for legal or fraud-prevention purposes.

6. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Private documents are served only to their owner or an administrator through an authenticated endpoint. We apply rate limiting, account lockout, and access controls.

7. Children

NurseHub is not directed to children. Nurses must be at least 18 years old.

8. Your rights

You may access and correct your information by editing your profile, and delete your account as described in section 5. To exercise any other right, contact us below.

9. Changes

We may update this policy and will revise the "Last updated" date above.
